Neighbor Meetings are vital forums where community members gather to discuss, collaborate, and address pressing issues, fostering a supportive space for dialogue, solidarity, and collective action.

Shared Stories and Experiences: Our Neighbor Meetings are platforms for sharing stories, experiences, and challenges faced by community members, creating a tapestry of shared understanding.

Solidarity and Support: It’s a space where solidarity thrives, creating connections and support networks among neighbors facing similar challenges, be it housing, food insecurity, or community well-being.

Collective Action: Neighbor Meetings inspire collective action, encouraging collaboration and the creation of strategies to address shared concerns and effect positive change in our community.

In our Fall 2023 Neighbor Meeting, we partnered with Cosecha and City Life/Vida Urbana to bring folks together to talk about their individual struggles with housing injustice. The meeting gave our neighbors the opportunity to resonate and heal collectively from the challenges they’ve faced, while also building unity to support housing justice movements.
